We deliver goods and services exclusively according to the following terms of business, which you accept by ordering goods from this shop.

1. Prices

The prices listed in this shop apply to orders placed online. All offers are subject to change without notice. The agreement shall only effective upon written confirmation of order by us.

This shall be replaced by delivery and/or the issuing of an invoice.

2. Orders
Orders for goods and services from this online shop shall be accepted by us via the internet. The risk of unresolvable or corrupt transmission is with the customer.
In order to process goods and services ordered, we have to store your details. We guarantee that they will be treated with the strictest confidence, and in particular that they shall not be passed on to third parties not involved in processing the order.

3. Mode of delivery and shipping costs

We generally have the ordered goods delivered by DHL. For deliveries to European countries other than Germany, we shall invoice a share of the freight charges amounting to €16,90. Should you opt for delivery by airmail, we shall invoice a share of the freight charges amounting to € 29,00. In each case, the share of the freight charges payable will be displayed to you during the order process after you have entered your personal details (prior to finalizing the order).
We would be pleased to inform you of the freight charges for other countries upon request.

Provided that the goods are immediately available, we shall effect delivery by DHL as quickly as possible.
We reserve the right to effect part deliveries. We shall not accept any liability for the adherence to delivery deadlines, unless we have confirmed such a deadline in writing. In the latter case, our obligation to render compensation shall be limited to taking back goods which were delivered late. In the event of the goods or services not being available, we reserve the right to withdraw from the agreement. We undertake to notify the customer of this immediately and to reimburse any payments already effected.

4. Reservation of title
All delivered goods shall remain the property of hufShop until they have been paid in full.

5. Right of return / right of revocation

You will no longer be bound to your order if you cancel it within a period of 2 weeks.
Your withdrawal need not cite any reasons and can be effected in writing (E-mail is sufficient) or by returning the goods to us.

The timely dispatch of the goods to the above address shall suffice in order to observe the deadline. If the goods have been used or damaged or in the even of missing original packaging, we reserve the right to deduct the legally admissible amount. The right of revocation does not extend to custom-made goods.
 
6. Warranties
The customer should – in his own interest – notify us of any visible defects immediately. In particular, damage in transit should be reported immediately to the parcel service delivering the goods or to hufShop Claudia Baldauf-Jung.
The warranty shall apply according to legal requirements, whereby we shall be entitled in the event of defective goods to subsequent delivery or to rectify the defects at your option. Should the rectification of defects ultimately prove unsuccessful or should the goods subsequently delivered also be flawed, you are entitled to demand either the return of the goods against reimbursement of the agreed price or a reduction of the purchase price. Please consult the product documentation for information regarding possible manufacturers’ warranties.
We shall not accept any liability for defects resulting from improper use or caused by external factors. All warranty claims for visible external defects reported after the goods have been used are excluded.

7. Jurisdiction

In the case of agreements with merchants, with legal persons under public law or public special funds, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes resulting from the business relationship, including actions on bills of exchange or cheques shall be the local court in Schwäbisch Hall. We are, however, entitled to bring action before a court at the place where the buyer has his registered place of business.
The place of performance for delivery and payment is Oberrot.
The customer shall only be entitled to offset or reduce payment in lieu of claims against hufShop if said counterclaims have been upheld pursuant to a final and absolute court decision or have been accepted by us in writing. The customer may only assert a right of retention for claims if and to the extent that said claims are based on the same contractual relationship.
Should an insubstantial part of an agreement concluded under these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms of the agreement.

8. Exclusion of liability
This online catalogue and the descriptions and prices contained in it have been compiled by us with the utmost care. For this reason, we can only accept liability for possible spelling mistakes and technical changes in cases of intent and gross negligence.

9. Data protection
The collected data will only be processed and used by hufShop Claudia Baldauf-Jung and its service partners in so far as this is necessary to carry out the transaction concluded with you and for purposes of fostering the resulting customer relationship and to the extent that this is legally permissible and you desire us to do so.
Whenever you place an order or call on other services, hufShop requires your address and payment details in order to process the order. This data is used by hufShop in order to process the order properly. For this purpose it is – depending on the service – necessary to pass on these details to trading or service partners of hufShop (e.g. to a carrier such as DHL for the delivery of goods).
You may at any time demand information of personal details stored on you free of charge and/or demand their correction or deletion.

10. Methods of payment


Credit card
We accept Visa -/ and MasterCard.
Orders are placed in the customary fashion. You fill you basket, enter your address.
Next the method of payment is displayed. Select "Credit card", enter your card type, the card number and expiry date. Afterwards the order is finalized.
You will then be sent a confirmation of order. You can also print this straight from the browser. We will charge your credit card account after the goods have been dispatched. Should our accounting company not accept the card, we will contact you without delay. The goods will only be delivered if the credit card is accepted by our accounting partner. No costs will be incurred.
